Trocter is an IT project management company, specializing in efficient and effective execution of IT projects. To this end the company engages on contract IT professionalsfor the execution of such projects.
Trocter is also a web-based service for the advertisement of freelance IT services. It provides a platform for freelance IT professional to advertise their services, and for IT project owners/managers to identify and engage freelance IT professionals.
These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "terms and conditions"), and contained herein on this Website, shall govern the use of the website. These terms and conditions shall apply in full force and effect to the use of this Website.
